Dan Snyder's Potomac Home to Publicly Hit the Market for $49 Million
Dan Snyder, the owner of the Washington Commanders, will publicly list his Potomac, Md. home for $49 million after years of offering the estate for sale privately.
The Washington Business Journal reported that Snyder will likely list the home on Monday with Michael Rankin and Heather Corey of TTR Sotheby's International Realty.

Snyder built the 30,000 square foot home back in 2004. The listing sits on 16 acres, and includes a main five-bedroom house as well as a two-bedroom guesthouse, a 12-car garage, and a pool. Fittingly, there is also a burgundy and gold basketball court.
Snyder and wife Tanya have not lived in the house for years. In 2021, the couple purchased River View, a 16.5-acre property along the banks of the Potomac, for $48 million.
Update: The home has now been listed for sale. More photos below.
