When Dan and Tanya Snyder couldn't sell their 30,000 square foot home in Potomac, Md., the former owners of the Washington Commanders donated the property to the American Cancer Society. Now the organization is putting the home back on the market.

The Wall Street Journal reported late Thursday that the home will be relisted for $34.9 million, the same price that the Snyders had it listed for when it was last on the market. Cara Pearlman of Compass will represent the seller.

It has been a pretty long road for the former Snyder estate. The home was first listed for sale privately in 2018 for $49 million. It then came on the market, publicly for the same price early last year; the price dropped to $34.9 million in August.

Snyder built the 30,000 square foot home in 2004. The listing sits on 16 acres, and includes a main five-bedroom house as well as a two-bedroom guesthouse, a 12-car garage, and a pool. Fittingly, there is also a burgundy and gold basketball court.
