The Capitol Riverfront Business Improvement District, or BID, recently published a new map of that neighborhood’s burgeoning development. It gives a handy bird’s-eye view of all the buildings in the neighborhood, color-coded according to the current stage of development: existing/recently completed, under construction, or planned. It also provides basic data on each building, including square footage, number of units, and usage (residential, office, or retail). For those that have been watching the growth of the area, it is worth a look.
