An early rendering for Peninsula 88.
The development, first reported on by the Washington Business Journal in late 2015, is designed by Eric Colbert & Associates and will offer one- and two-bedroom units, as well as penthouses. There will be 24-hour concierge service and owners will have the option to purchase parking spaces.
The new development will be located two blocks south of the new DC United stadium, and is the first of a number of new projects planned for that section of DC. If the timeline moves forward as planned, move-ins could start by fall 2018.
