Former Washington Wizard Bradley Beal has found a buyer for his Bethesda home.
The nearly 13,500 square-foot house hit the market for $10 million about a month ago. The home, listed with Jill Schwartz and Andres Serafini of RLAH @properties, went under contract on Wednesday.

Beal, who spent 11 seasons with the Wizards before being traded to the Phoenix Suns, had a number of interesting spaces in and outside the home, including an arcade room with Pop-A-Shot, a full-sized tennis court and heated pool, and of course, an indoor basketball court.
It has been a busy week for the luxury housing market in the DC area. A week ago, a $14 million home along Foxhall Road found a buyer; and yesterday, Fox News anchor Bret Baier listed his DC home for what would be a record-setting price of $31.9 million.
