Three Bedrooms, A Deck and A Backyard Near Union Station

This home just north of H Street will catch the attention of buyers shopping in the $500,000 range for a couple reasons. The first is that at three bedrooms (one appears to be in the basement) it offers a good deal of room. The second, and perhaps more important, is that it has a back deck that leads to a deep yard, enough room for a buyer to keep half the yard and turn the remainder into a parking spot.

  • Price: $499,900
  • Bedrooms: Three
  • Bathrooms: 1.5
  • Year Built: 1901
  • Listing Agent: Rochelle Ruffin, Long & Foster

There are a pretty number of other new listings; I think UT was just showing what seemed interesting. This came on market in our neighborhood recently (the listing removed pictures of the basement which seemed like they did a rush job on the basement): http://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/207-Ascot-Pl-NE-20002/home/10074570
