One of just six homes on Archibald Walk (named for Capitol Hill resident Archibald Donohoe), this one-bedroom, two-level property has been totally renovated by the current owner who made good use of the space with built-in storage areas. The house has a brick courtyard that has been professionally landscaped, and that amenity (along with the rest of the house) may be what drew 26 groups to the open house this weekend. Seven-Bedroom Deal on Northern Edge of Adams Morgan
Given its square footage, the list price for this Adam Morgan seven-bedroom home almost seems too good to be true given its location. The four-level property consists of a main five-bedroom house with many of the original details still intact (over-sized pocket doors, five mantel fireplaces) and a spacious living area that leads to a large back deck. There is also a two-bedroom in-law suite on the lower level of the property, and two off-street parking spaces behind the house.
