UrbanTurf's favorite space is the family room in the back of the house with its own bar area and an attached sun room. $275,000 Above For a Chevy Chase Cape Cod on a Hill
This Chevy Chase Cape Cod home attracted a lot of attention from buyers when it hit the market in late January, and the sale price is evidence of that: the five-bedroom sold for nearly $300,000 above list price. Both renovated and expanded about ten years ago, the house sits on a nearly 12,000 square-foot lot on top of a hill. It is filled with interesting rooms, including an oversized dining room with wood-paneled walls and a family room with cathedral ceilings, a fireplace and a dining area. Outside, there is a large slate patio, a deep front yard, and parking for two cars with an EV charger.
