This two-story bungalow, with lots of space that could be creatively put to any number of uses, just sold for $5,000 above its original list price. In the back of the home, the kitchen has counter space that doubles as a pop-out breakfast bar. The primary suite is located across from the dining room and has a bathroom with storybook wallpaper and a large multi-use tub, along with an office space featuring an extra storage closet. The entryway living room has a stone fireplace and room for a piano. Downstairs, another room could be suited for use as a studio or sunroom. A Quarter Million Above Ask
This Tudor home in AU Park, with a history of hosting parties for upwards of 200 people, also attracted the attention of a number of buyers when it went on the market. It went under contract after just a few days in October, and sold last week for $250,000 above the original list price. A circular glass atrium with heated stone flooring, tilted glass skylights and a door to a rear garden may be the centerpiece of the home. On the lower level, there's a full bathroom and a large, carpeted living space that could function as a movie room. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms has stairs leading up to a fully finished a-frame attic space with two windows for natural light. The primary suite has an en-suite bathroom with teal tile work.
