Located a couple of blocks from Fort Greble Park in Bellevue, this semi-detached house has triple exposure throughout the main level. A breakfast bar island delineates the dining room from the kitchen, and both of the bedrooms off the upstairs landing have double exposure. The lower level has a rec room and another bedroom and full bath, and the rear lawn runs beside a deck and a paver patio, beyond which is space to park two cars. The listing sold at $22,600 premium compared to its asking price.

A low-slung porch wraps around three sides of the house, and several walls throughout the interior have weathered chinked wood planks.
