Over in Eckington, this turreted Victorian rowhouse underwent a complete, custom interior renovation and a buyer took notice. The four-bedroom sold for almost a $60,000 premium last week. In addition to the renovation, the home has a one-bed, one-bath English basement and a rear paved patio/parking pad.
