A Price-Friendly One-Bedroom Sells for $20,000 Above List

Listed for just above $200,000, the final sales price was $225,000.

$75,000 More for Petworth Three-Bedroom

This three-bedroom is a nice contrast to the 18-month renovation that is often seen on the market in Petworth. Last sold 11 years ago, the home is characterized by exposed brick in almost every major room. There is also an in-law suite which has its own kitchen and bathroom. The home’s main kitchen is spacious and updated with a large island. Outside, there is parking for two cars. This whole package resulted in the listing selling for $75,000 above its list price.
