801 North is a collection of 54 luxury condominiums debuting in summer 2022 in Old Town Alexandria, just one block from the Potomac River. 801 North includes one bedroom, two bedroom and two bedroom and den residences, including penthouses. The residences feature walls of windows and 10- to 12-foot ceilings, providing an abundance of natural light and visual access to beautiful natural amenities. Sales will begin in fall 2021 and pricing will start in the high $500s.
Veitch Place is a new luxury townhome development in North Arlington that will include seven residences, each with four levels and over 2,550 square feet of space. Pricing is anticipated to start around $1.3 million.
Dylan is a collection of 140 luxury condominiums that will deliver to Potomac Yard in Summer 2022.
