Even as the housing market has slowed this year in the DC region, there are still plenty of neighborhoods where homes are selling quickly. Today, UrbanTurf looks at where listings are selling fastest in DC proper in 2024.
Using median days on market data for advertised subdivisions around the city, we highlighted where homes have been selling quickest. To be included in the table, subdivisions needed to have recorded at least ten sales so far this year.

With homes selling on median in 48 hours, the neighborhood of Spring Valley off Massachusetts Avenue in NW DC is leading the way, even with home prices averaging $2.6 million. Following behind with homes selling in just under a week are AU Park, Chevy Chase, Palisades and Woodley Park.
Rounding out the list are Cleveland Park, Colonial Village, Mt. Pleasant and Takoma, where homes are selling in a week.
