One of the largest residential projects along Barracks Row received a key approval late last week.
Europa, a 50,000 square-foot, 45-unit apartment development from the Murillo Malnati Group (MMg), obtained unanimous approval from the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) last Thursday. The development at 818 Potomac Avenue SE is part of a three-phase residential development at 816-820 Potomac Avenue SE.
In addition to the 45 apartments, the development will have an underground garage for 46 cars and 25 bicycles. PGN Architects and Christian Zapatka Architects designed the new project.
