The five-story development will have 350 parking spaces and 103 bicycle spaces, and the design will be in line with the adjacent Perry apartment building with materials including masonry, metal, and wood-appearing options. The development will have a fitness center, as well as a rooftop terrace at the building’s southwest corner with opportunities for artwork or a mural. Torti Gallas + Partners is the architect.
The development will likely go before the Montgomery County planning board this winter with construction commencing after that and completion slated for summer or fall of 2025.
