The expansive eight-bedroom home has a long list of interesting rooms, including a home theater with a large bar, a wine room, a billiard room, a music room, and a dining room with seating for 24 people. The owner's suite sets a new bar for this type of room in a DC-area listing, as it takes up an entire wing of the house with a sitting room and fireplace, a terrace and two dressing rooms.
In addition to manicured lawns and stone terraces surround the home, the grounds of the listing have an outdoor living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a covered dining area, an outdoor kitchen and bar, and an expansive pool. The home also has its own tennis court.
