The Building Group is in the process of completing the 22,000 square-foot, 10-bedroom home on 3.8 acres along Georgetown Park in the Langley neighborhood (map). The home is listed with Mark Lowham and Daniel Heider of TTR Sotheby's International Realty.

Chateau du Soleil, as it has been named, will greet visitors with large wrought-iron doors that provide a sense of the features inside. The owner's suite will spread out over 3,300 square feet with an 1,100 square-foot, two-level closet; there is also a grand ballroom inspired by the Palace of Versailles.
