Back in 2022, a residential development was pitched for a smattering of properties in Rosslyn. A recent filing with Arlington County signals that it is moving forward.
Sentinel Real Estate filed a revised conceptual site plan application this week to replace the 63-unit mid-century Crestmont Apartments and a trio of houses at 1817 N Quinn Street (map) with a 12-story, 256-unit building. Twenty-four of the units will be townhouse-style residences, and the development will have 156 below-grade parking spaces.

The development, designed by WDG Architecture, will also include a number of open spaces.
"The proposed plan includes introducing essential public spaces within an urban environment including a dog park, a nature conservation area and an accessible boardwalk overlook to welcome residents and visitors to enjoy recreational areas," the new application stated.
UrbanTurf will monitor this development as it moves through the approval process.
