Clover Hill, a 21-acre property near Great Falls and McLean (map), just hit the market for the first time in more than two decades for $15 million. The home is listed with Mark Lowham and Byron Hughey II of TTR Sotheby's International Realty.

In addition to the nearly 10,000 square-foot main home, there are parts of this estate that buyers won't find in other listings in the DC region. 

For one, the property comes with its own private lake. In addition to that amenity, there is a recreation pavilion with an indoor ice-skating rink that is fully equipped with its own Zamboni ice surfacing machine. The arena can also be used as an indoor riding ring, tennis court, or venue for various sports.
