18-Unit Condo Project in Adams Morgan Slated For July Delivery
An 18-unit condo building in Adams Morgan is slated for delivery in July with sales starting this week, UrbanTurf has learned.
EDEN Condominiums, located at 2360 Champlain Street NW (map), will contain 11 two-bedroom and seven one-bedroom units, many of which will have parking spaces and outdoor areas.
D.B. Lee Development worked with Capital Design Group and Bonstra Haresign Architects on the project, which was originally planned as a 9-unit building. Previous D.B. Lee projects in the area include The Erie and 2424 18th Street NW.
EDEN is just one of several on the boards for the neighborhood. Others include:
- A 40-unit new condo project from Altus Realty Partners, Federal Capital Partners and PGN Architects planned for 2337 Champlain Street NW (map). The project is aiming to deliver in early 2014.
- A 117-unit residential development will be constructed in the parking lot adjacent to the Dorchester House at 2480 16th Street NW (map).
- Adams Investment Group is renovating and converting an approximately 200-unit residential project down the road from the Dorchester House project.
- A 35-40 unit residential project from Perseus Realty and PGN Architects at 1827 Adams Mill Road (map) will break ground in the fourth quarter of 2013. The expected completion date for the project is the beginning of 2015.
Sales at EDEN Condominiums will be handled by Stages Premier, REALTORS.
