After more than 10 years of running a successful residential real estate team at Long & Foster, Hans and Steve Wydler (also known as the Wydler Brothers) have launched their own, independent brokerage. The Wydler Brothers Real Estate team will open new offices in McLean, Virginia; Chevy Chase, Maryland; and Washington, DC early this year.
The Wydler Brothers attribute their success to a consultancy-style, substantive approach to the business—paired with cutting-edge technology, fun and clever marketing, and best practices—that has resonated with both clients and agents. Hans Wydler explains: "We don't talk about the wealth of our clients or how expensive their homes are. What we care about is giving our clients the very best, sound business advice and backing it up with a marketing engine that is second to none."
Wydler Brothers was formerly a residential real estate team formed by Hans and Steve Wydler, specializing in fine homes and condominiums throughout the greater DC metro area. With close to $1.25 billion in sales since their inception, they were among the highest producing teams inside the Beltway and recently both ranked #25 in the USA by The Wall Street Journal and were recognized as the most “innovative Realtor in America” by Inman News, the leading trade publication focused on residential real estate.
Wydler Brothers Real Estate remains committed to delivering the highest level of service to their clients and providing the best marketing and technical support to their agents. For more information, contact Kathleen Wilks at Wydler Brothers at 202-276-0638 or Kathleen@wydlerbrothers.com, or visit the brokerage online here.
