Opening Day has arrived in Washington, DC and for the first time in seven years a familiar face will not be in the Washington Nationals lineup: Bryce Harper. In late February, Harper signed a $330 million contract to play for the Philadelphia Phillies.

The unit is spread out over two stories and features a den in addition to the two bedrooms. There are also two outdoor spaces, one which includes a hot tub. The apartment rents for about $6,300 a month.
