This short-term rental in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn has the helter skelter vibe that is expected in a loft, with walls made of shelves, ladders leading up to sleeping areas, and a chaos of pennants, hanging plants, and art materials strewn about. A bedroom/sitting area and an artist’s studio are lofted on the second story. The whole loft rents for $195 a day.

Walls separate the bedroom from the living room, but stop short of the ceiling, giving the home an open, “lofty” vibe. Instead of the whole place, this rental is just for a room.
