In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we look in the $450K range and find a large one-bedroom plus den unit off Columbia Road near Kalorama Park. The 955 interior square feet include a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, an office/den, a good-sized kitchen and a large bedroom. The unit has a washer/dryer and a private entrance separate from the complex main entrance. The highlight of the unit, though, is a patio area off the living room — small, but valuable outdoor space.
