Developing new condo projects in DC is not the only thing that British developer Grosvenor is doing these days.
In our weekly departure from DC real estate fare, we direct your attention to a slideshow from The Wall Street Journal of an 8,300 square-foot penthouse on the top-floor of the Westminster Terrace apartment building in Hong Kong’s Tsuen Wan. Grosvenor hired designer Tara Bernerd to give the place a facelift.
The 40th-floor, four-bedroom penthouse has three large terraces, an infinity pool, a massive living area and windows offering amazing views in almost every room. The $26.9 million unit is being marketed to tycoons that might need a crash pad/place to entertain as they jet around.
