Observation Deck at CEB Tower
JBG’s Central Place is set to deliver early next year and the development team recently provided UrbanTurf with new renderings of the project’s public observation deck that will sit 31 stories above the Rosslyn Metro.
When complete in early 2017, Central Place will consist of a 525,000-square-foot office tower anchored by the Corporate Executive Board, and a 377-unit residential tower. There will be a public plaza and 45,000 square feet of ground-level retail.

The observation deck will be open to the public and offer views of the National Mall and Arlington National Cemetery. Rosslyn officials told ARLnow in 2014 that they expect it to be a major tourist destination.
