UrbanTurf received word this afternoon that the 200-unit Velocity condo development in the Capitol Riverfront will be hosting a preview this weekend which means that you can schedule a tour of one of its units.
Located at 1025 First Street SE, Velocity offers studios and 1BRs from the low $300s, 1BR/Dens from the low $400s, 2BRs from the high $400s and 2BR/Dens from the upper $400s. The units have the usual luxury condo package (granite counters, stainless steel appliances), but there are two other amenities that caught our eye: Free parking and a pool and sundeck on the roof.
