In a follow-up to our post from yesterday, UrbanTurf has learned that Metropole and its lenders have come to an agreement on a plan to finalize the remaining construction at the project and continue sales. Gray and Associates, LLC has been appointed as the receiver to supervise the project.
A source with knowledge of the most recent developments told UrbanTurf that Gray is in the process of supplementing the development management team to ensure that the original vision of the Metropole project remains intact. At this time, it is unclear who will handle marketing and sales at the development, but we will update you as that information is released.
Metropole contains 90 residential condo units, approximately 33,000 square feet of commercial space and 168 parking spaces. The remaining construction at the development is almost complete, and 40 percent of the units have already been sold and settled.
