Deal of the Week: The Enemy of the State Coop

We featured this Lanier Heights two-bedroom coop as our Deal of the Week, last week and knew that it wouldn’t be on the market long. At 1,300 square feet, the price per square foot ($392) comes in about $50 less than the neighborhood average. In addition to having large, open rooms, the building where the unit is located has an interesting cinematic history: The Stafford was in a scene in the Will Smith political thriller Enemy of the State.

This two-bedroom row house in the H Street Corridor was featured in Best Open Houses about a month ago and is a pretty cool alternative to a condo.
