Under Contract: From a One-Bedroom to a Former Monastery

For this year's first installment of Under Contract, UrbanTurf looks back at three recently-featured listings which went under contract in about a week to about two months.

Getting locked down in just five days, this nearly 600 square-foot one-bedroom condo in Columbia Heights had the quickest turnaround of the listings featured today. The unit has an angular living room courtesy of a shaved-off far corner and matching ductwork above the front door. Eight Days for Chevy Chase Bonus Space
