Nine Days For a Four-Bedroom Eckington Condo

This 2,600 square-foot Eckington condo, part of a two-unit development that was converted from a former church, found a buyer about a week and a half after hitting the market. The listing stands out with floor-to-ceiling windows, Calacatta Quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, light wood floors and recessed lighting. The kitchen has white cabinetry that blends into the surrounding walls creating a seamless look. The primary suite is located on the second level and has a large walk-in closet with an elaborate built-in dresser system, as well as space for a couch or reading nook. Dual sinks, a bathtub, a waterfall shower and an enclosed private toilet area can be found in the bathroom built for two. Stairs going up from the second level lead directly to the roof deck, which offers views of the city. For those with cars, there's an open-air garage with an electric car charging port.

Two Weeks in Langdon

The new owners of this four-bedroom bungalow, which went under contract in 16 days, will enjoy features such as the original warm-hued hardwood floors on the main story and unique architectural angles that give the home character. The attic was fully finished by the owners in the 1990s' to act as an entertainment room. On the main floor, the dining area is shaped by octagonal popout windows, and a cutout in the wall acts as a serving bar from the kitchen. Bedrooms on the second story each offer closet space and large windows. Out back, there is a large grassy space and a full garden area that could be used to grow fruits and vegetables.

Just Five Days for a Woodbridge Colonial

This three-bedroom home in Woodridge with a fairly traditional colonial layout found a buyer in just under a week. Though both bedrooms on the top level have their own bathroom, the primary suite offers dual sinks, additional square footage, and extra storage space. UrbanTurf's favorite feature of the home is the new kitchen - where there's no shortage of space for storage or food preparation and light gray cabinets match the tile floor. A fireplace draws the eye to the living room and a screened-in patio offers access to the backyard. New owners would also have access to a basement with a family room, additional laundry/rec room and additional bedroom.
