This edition of Under Contract features three homes recently featured on UrbanTurf that found buyers in anywhere from a few days to two weeks.

Though both bedrooms on the top level have their own bathroom, the primary suite offers dual sinks, additional square footage, and extra storage space. UrbanTurf's favorite feature of the home is the new kitchen - where there's no shortage of space for storage or food preparation and light gray cabinets match the tile floor. A fireplace draws the eye to the living room and a screened-in patio offers access to the backyard.
