Tours Begin at Capitol Hill’s Most Exclusive Townhome Collection
Buchanan Park, a boutique collection of residences thoughtfully crafted around the historic 1895 Buchanan School on Capitol Hill, will soon debut its most exclusive collection: nine 3,000-square-foot townhomes called The Founders’ Collection. Inspired by the Federal style architecture in the surrounding neighborhood, The Founders’ Collection delivers townhomes with an enduring, all-brick exterior design and luxury interior features not commonly found in traditional Capitol Hill homes.
The Founders’ Collection will begin taking tours in July and will deliver in September. Pricing starts at $1.875 million.
Each home at The Founders’ Collection includes four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, a private elevator, a mud room, oversized energy-efficient windows, gas fireplaces, a large rear yard, and secure off-street parking. Finishes include Bertazzoni Italian appliances, wide plank hardwood flooring, marble bathrooms, laundry rooms, and more. Each home also boasts a large roof terrace with views of Capitol Hill and beyond.
Located at the intersection of 13th and D Street SE, Buchanan Park is within walking distance of the Eastern Market Metro station and over two dozen shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The community features landscaped spaces, multiple intimate outdoor gathering areas and a series of inviting pedestrian walkways.
In addition to these nine townhomes, Buchanan Park includes 32 luxury three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath residences. Just five of those residences remain on the market, priced starting at $1.295 million. Tours of the property’s immaculately landscaped grounds—including a central green—are available by appointment.
For more information, or to register and request a tour, visit The Founders' Collection online or contact McWilliams|Ballard Vice President David Klimas by phone at 202.431.1272 or email at Dklimas@mcwb.com.
