Toll Brothers Plans 100-Unit Condo Project For Downtown Bethesda
8008 Wisconsin Avenue
After acquiring the site from Douglas Development, Toll Brothers plans to build a 100-unit condominium development at 8008 Wisconsin Avenue (map) in Bethesda.
The 14-story project will offer concierge services, a landscaped rooftop terrace, fitness center and underground parking, among other amenities. Douglas’ original plans for the site included 140 rental units.

“We are enthusiastic about the DC area and have a team dedicated to acquire, develop and build luxury condominiums,” Thomas Mulvey, President of Toll Brothers City Living, said in a statement. “With significant capital on hand, we are positioned to close quickly on deals in primary urban locations.”
Construction on the development at 8008 Wisconsin Avenue is anticipated to begin next summer with sales anticipated to start in Winter 2017.
