The penthouse consists of five bedrooms, two private offices, three private elevators, six terraces, a private gym, and an in-home theater. The living space has a decidedly white color scheme and one room flows right into another.
A Baltimore native, Clancy was an American novelist whose most famous works were turned into movies, including The Hunt For Red October, Patriot Games and Clear and Present Danger. Clancy passed away at the end of 2013.
The home is listed for $12 million by TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and is reportedly the most expensive home for sale in Baltimore.
