This Week's Find: A One-Bedroom Condo in a Four-Bedroom Neighborhood
In This Week’s Find, we came across a very nice one-bedroom in a section of DC that is not usually popular with the one-bedroom buyer. This 755 square-foot unit is located on MacArthur Boulevard in The Palisades just a few block from the Georgetown Reservoir. It is a corner condo on the top floor of The Macarthur Park Condominium that has been renovated with a new kitchen and hardwood floors. The unit not only has a very open and bright living area and kitchen, but the bedroom is spacious with large closets. The Macarthur Park Condominium is across the street from Safeway and just down the block from Black Salt, one of the best (and priciest) seafood restaurants in the city. There is no Metro around, but the D3, D5 and D6 bus lines run down MacArthur Boulevard. More details and photos below.
