This Week's Find: A Cleveland Park Condo for the Tennis and Pool Fanatic: Figure 1

In This Week’s Find, we find a one-bedroom-plus-loft condo in the McLean Gardens complex in Cleveland Park. The unit is fairly large with just under 1,200 square feet of interior space including a spacious living and dining area, a bedroom and a loft large enough to serve as a second bedroom or a home office area. There are also three skylights, an in-unit washer/dryer and a parking space available for an additional $30,000. The above-average condo fees pay for things like the community pool and tennis courts, so the property certainly caters to a buyer that would take advantage of these amenities.
