The Price to Live in a California Indoor/Outdoor Home Revealed
About a week and a half ago, we asked readers to guess the price of a four-bedroom modern home in Los Angeles near Santa Monica. Here is a brief description of the property for those who missed the post:
“The home was designed by an award-winning team of architects from Iceland. The firm positioned the only dining room in the house outdoors, and created an outdoor sleeping area off the back of the house. A number of reused materials were also used in the building of the house, including recycled tires, and all the walls are paint free.”
Take a look:
So how much would you have to plunk down for this indoor/outdoor property? The price: $1,895,000. Here is the listing.
The guesses ranged from a low of $1.4 million to a high of $3.4 million. Congratulations to our winner Mark S. who was closest with a price of $1.695 million.
