Luxury apartment buildings seem to offer more amenities every year; party rooms, libraries and even dog runs fill up new projects around town. Last week, UrbanTurf polled readers to find out which of these amenities offered in luxury apartment buildings is the least appreciated.
The results? According to our readers, the fax machine down in the business center may not be getting too much use. While they were probably useful a couple decades ago, these days tablet computers, cloud computing and very smart phones probably obviate the need for separate business centers.
Following close behind was the party lounge and then the dry cleaning service. A handful of options received very few votes; these seemingly beloved features include parking, a roof deck, a pool and a gym.
