The Best Open Houses in the DC Area

With Labor Day coming up, the pickings for open houses this weekend are pretty slim. However, we recommend checking out a “green” two-bedroom condo in Columbia Heights and an enormous seven-bedroom Victorian in Takoma DC.

Green Two-Bedroom Condo in Columbia Heights

This 1,600 square-foot two-bedroom condo in Columbia Heights has been completely renovated to adhere to green and LEED standards. Not many buyers are in the market for a seven-bedroom home, but if you are, this is a fairly good deal. While the bathrooms were recently redone, the kitchen needs some work as do a few of the rooms.
