This week’s best new listings include a two-bedroom loft at one of our favorite buildings in DC, a one-bedroom condo in Petworth with low fees and a brand-new kitchen and a four-bedroom Wardman-style home in 16th Street Heights.

We are unabashedly big fans of this building (we wrote about it not too long ago), and love the fact that most units have 13-foot ceilings and the original masonry.
