Silver Spring has become one of the most popular locales for buyers looking for a relatively affordable single-family home. And this listing is prime example of that property type.
With a carefully curated garden and a warm living space, the three-bedroom home along Dennis Avenue spent just three days on the market in May before selling at an $80,000 premium. A fireplace and white wood ceiling panels are found in the main room, and the corner dining room features a serving window connected to the kitchen and a back door leading to the large wood patio. With a built-in study, bookshelves and new carpet, the primary bedroom is perfect for multitasking. At nearly 1,500 square feet, the home is also quite spacious for its approximately $660,000 purchase price.
