Early next year, VIP sales will begin at Aspen Square, the newest residential addition at DC’s The Parks at Walter Reed, one of the city’s greenest and most innovative neighborhoods. Aspen Square will include 50 luxury townhomes in a prime location at The Parks, within walking distance of the community’s amenities and just a half mile from the Takoma Metro Station.
Aspen Square is NVHomes first foray into the DC market. The builder, who has been working in the region for more than 40 years, has a reputation for quality architecture, timeless design, and beautiful finishes. To sign up for Aspen Square’s VIP list, visit the property online here.
The Aspen Square townhomes were designed to blend seamlessly with the historic neighborhood and are finished with brick facades and handsome wood windows. Each home includes four finished levels, with nine-foot ceilings on the first three floors. The homes measure at 1,845 to 2,074 square feet and can be personalized with either three or four bedrooms; the addition of a private study for telework and a loft for entertaining; and the choice of a one-car garage or a larger, extended garage.
Interiors feature luxury details that modern homebuyers are seeking, including wide plank flooring, pendant lighting, Quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, high-end LG appliances, upgraded cabinetry and frameless glass shower doors. The homes also boast two outdoor spaces: a roof terrace and a rear deck.
Outside the front doors of Aspen Square are 66 beautifully transformed acres of the Historic Walter Reed property. It has become a vibrant live-work-play destination with outdoor yoga, movies, concerts and festivals; a Farmer’s market; a soon-to-open Whole Foods Market; a dog park; Marketplace Plaza; and numerous office and educational buildings, including a Primrose Early Education school for children. The development also has an outdoor pool and pool house in the works.
Aspen Square is moments from Rock Creek Park, the Takoma Park Metro Station and downtown Silver Spring.
Construction is now underway on an Aspen Square model home and sales will open to VIPs starting in the $900s, with move-ins starting in early spring. Prospective buyers can join the NVHomes VIP list for Aspen Square in order to be notified of sales opportunities; they can also call the property’s online sales consultants at 202.931.5230.
