The Bower, the first condominium development to debut at The Yards in DC’s Navy Yard, is now over 75% sold. Resident move-ins have started and prospective buyers can now visit the property’s model unit.
Among the remaining units at The Bower are a handful of spacious two-bedroom, two-bath residences measuring over 1,000 square feet that start at $734,900. In addition to these spacious two-bedrooms The Bower features studios starting at $394,900 and one-bedrooms starting at $419,900.
The Bower, from PN Hoffman, features 137 modern studios, one and two bedroom homes. The thoughtful design and exceptional quality of each condominium is complimented by inviting community spaces, creating the perfect transition from the energy of The Yards to the peace of home.
Living areas are flooded with natural light, thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass walls and 9-foot ceilings. Modern finishes include wide-plank hardwood floors, Bosch electric appliances, Italian cabinetry, soft-close drawers and under-cabinet lighting. Select units also feature private balconies.
Community amenities at The Bower include a spacious rooftop lounge, a residents’ lounge with fireplace, grill and bar area, as well as a communal dining table.
The Bower is located in the heart of The Yards. The surrounding neighborhood offers an eclectic mix of what makes Washington, DC, such a desirable city. Unique shops and delicious restaurants dot the way to Nationals Park, offering everything residents need all within reach at The Bower.
