DC’s Walter Reed redevelopment is quickly becoming a hotspot for homebuyers, offering a trove of high-end conveniences and manicured green spaces. Just north of Walter Reed in Shepherd Park, a boutique condominium called The Seven is now selling.
The Seven offers well-appointed one- and two-bedroom condos, ranging from 550 to over 1,000 square feet, featuring high-quality construction at every level, including 10-foot+ ceilings and oversized, triple pane windows for sound reduction. The building also has three penthouses, each featuring a beautiful outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the city.
Though the property’s 32 residences just delivered, 30% of The Seven is already sold. The remaining homes on the market are move-in ready and prospective buyers can tour three model units by appointment.
Luxury finishes for all of The Seven residences include LED recessed lighting, Porcelanosa engineered hardwood flooring, and walk-in closets with modular shelving and hanging systems. The chef’s kitchens feature Bosch built-in refrigerators, Sincreative five-burner induction cooktops, Porcelanosa cabinetry, quartz countertops, and Loldadoo single light bar pendants. And bathrooms have floating vanities, quartz countertops, Porcelanosa tiling, frameless glass showers and soaking tubs (in secondary baths).
While penthouses come with roof terraces, many of the other residences have Juliet balconies. Off-street parking is available, and the building is pet friendly.
The Seven is in a prime northwest DC location with immediate walking access to three thriving neighborhoods: Shepherd Park, the Walter Reed redevelopment and downtown Silver Spring. The Walter Reed redevelopment will (soon) offer 190,000 square feet of new retail, including a Whole Foods Market, as well as 14 acres of green space and 20,000 square feet of creative and cultural space. Other neighborhood amenities include Target, Denizens Brewing Company and several pocket parks.
Pricing for The Seven ranges from the low $300s to the mid $800s. For more information, visit TheSevenDC.com or contact McWilliams|Ballard’s James Lobocchairo at 301.325.3995 or jlobocchiaro@mcwb.com.
