Ted Leonsis Lists Georgetown Condo for $3.2 Million
Washington Capitals and Wizards owner Ted Leonsis has listed his Georgetown condo for $3.2 million, UrbanTurf has learned.
The two-bedroom home is located at Wormley Row on Prospect Street NW (map), a former schoolhouse that was converted to high-end condos in 2008 and 2009. Leonsis purchased the home in 2009 for $2.6 million.

The 2,500 square-foot unit features a large eat-in kitchen and a spacious living room, as well as a large master bedroom closet and dressing area. Ceiling heights rise to 11-feet throughout the unit, and all of the cabinets are custom and the appliances state of the art. The condo is listed with Mark McFadden of Washington Fine Properties.
This is the second headline the Leonsis family has made related to residential real estate in DC this year. In late February, Ted's son Zach purchased a $9 million home in Kalorama.
