Stonehall Bethesda to Celebrate Its Grand Opening with Food, Music and Tours
Months of anticipation will come to an end in early October when Stonehall Bethesda welcomes guests for a special Grand Opening at the city’s newest condominium residences, located at the corner of Battery Lane and Woodmont Avenue. The festivities will include a delicious catered spread and live music, as guests will be invited to tour common areas like the lobby, the fitness center, the private club room and the rooftop terrace.
Guests can also step inside the decorated model residences to get a sense of the quality and style available on each floor of Stonehall Bethesda. To be first to find out the Grand Opening date and additional details, register as a VIP at Stonehall Bethesda. To schedule a private appointment, call 301.747.3644.
Stonehall has been promoted as classically modern, simply elegant and perfectly Bethesda. Each residence features two bedrooms and large windows that span nearly from floor to ceiling, welcoming abundant natural light. Each also comes with reserved parking. Classic Collection residences start from the $600’s, while the Club Collection begins at $1.7 million. Most penthouse residences were reserved during the pre-sales phase. Only one penthouse remains — priced at $2.4 million.
A covered porte cochere marks the main entrance to Stonehall Bethesda and the doors open into a stylishly decorated lobby, where a concierge will be available seven days a week to assist residents. A fully equipped fitness center featuring state-of-the-art workout machines will be open 24 hours a day. Residents can also gather in the private club room or admire the stunning views of the city from the rooftop terrace, 10 stories above street level. In an area known as the Gateway to Bethesda, residents will be a short walk from world-class shopping, dining and more.
