Come celebrate Germany's most famous festival at The Chase at Bethesda. On Wednesday October 14th, The Chase is holding an Oktoberfest celebration from 6 to 8pm, and local brewer Hook & Ladder will be there providing the refreshments. Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP by this Monday the 12th. See the e-flyer below for more details.
The Chase at Bethesda is located in the heart of downtown Bethesda, just around the corner from the Metro station (map). All of the area's best restaurants and retail are within walking distance. The building is 75 percent sold out, with remaining units starting in the upper-300s for a one-bedroom, going up to the mid-700s for a two-bedroom-plus-den. The project is currently running a $5,000 closing-cost incentive promotion that includes waived condo fees for one year.
If you can't make it to the Oktoberfest party on Wednesday, The Chase will be hosting an open house from 12 to 4pm this Saturday and Sunday.
