This Saturday, Green DC Realty is hosting two commitment-free tours to check out condos on the market in Logan Circle -- with a special twist.

On this week's tours, the real estate brokerage is running a special promotion in which five tour-goers will become eligible for a $1,000 rebate when they settle on their new home.
Each tour -- one starting at 11am and one at 1pm -- will feature a handful of condos that recently hit the market around Logan Circle, and will allow attendees to just relax and ask questions about listings in the area.
Condos featured on Saturday's tour include a 930 square-foot two-bedroom unit on 11th Street with exposed brick and private outdoor space and a one-bedroom unit with parking in a converted Victorian right on Logan Circle. Here is the full list of condos that will be visited. (Any properties under contract will be substituted on the day of the tour with an active listing.)
For more details about the tours and to register, see below. Bring your friends and see what makes Logan Circle such a great neighborhood to call home!
