Leading the way are two upper Northwest DC neighborhoods on opposite sides of the quadrant -- Crestwood, where homes spent just 48 hours on the market in January and Georgetown, where homes are selling in four days. Homes are also selling in just four days in the Ward 7 neighborhood of Hillcrest.
There are three more neighborhoods in the city -- Spring Valley, Palisades and Randle Heights -- where homes are selling on median in six days. Every neighborhood in the table above also has an average sales-to-original list price ratio in excess of 97 percent which means that homes are not only selling fast, but pretty close to their list price as well.
